Broadwas and Cotheridge Parish Council (BCPC) collects and uses certain types of personal information about staff, councillors, residents and other individuals who come into contact with BCPC. BCPC may be required by law to collect and use certain types of information to comply with statutory obligations. Broadwas and Cotheridge Parish Council as the Data Controller, ensures that personal information is dealt with properly and securely, it is retained and disposed of in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and other related legislation.
