Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(U62202 Stoney Ley, Broadwas) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
Proposed Order: to close that part of U62202 Stoney Ley from its junction with A44 Broadwas to its junction with C2235 Munns Green.
Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A44 Broadwas, A44 Doddenham, C2235 Doddenham, C2235 Munns Green and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 23 March 2026 and 2 April 2026
Broadwas and Cotheridge is a rural parish covering 1290 hectares. The Parish Council consists of 9 Councillors (5 representing Boadwas and 4 for Cotheridge).The Parish Council meet on the second or third Wednesday of the month except for August and December when there are no scheduled meetings. Meetings are held at the village hall in Broadwas at 7.00pm.
